Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and develop site staff, ensuring performance meets standards and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Set and monitor performance and quality targets for staff.
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Complete required financial reporting, including monthly property reports and variance analysis.
  • Participate in budget discussions, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Assist in preparing capital budgets and 5-year plans.
  • Review apartments at turnover, ensuring units are rent-ready for move-ins.
  • Comply with relevant legislation and codes.
  • Operate properties according to policies, procedures, and budgets, including new developments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify improvement opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-residential property management.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Experience managing capital and operational budgets.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.

Responsabilités :

  • Motiver et développer le personnel du site, en assurant des performances conformes aux normes et en favorisant un environnement de travail positif.
  • Définir et surveiller les objectifs de performance et de qualité pour le personnel.
  • Assurer une haute satisfaction des résidents grâce à un excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Compléter les rapports financiers requis, y compris les rapports mensuels sur les propriétés et les analyses de variance.
  • Participer aux discussions budgétaires, aux prévisions et à la gestion des dépenses.
  • Aider à préparer les budgets de capital et les plans quinquennaux.
  • Examiner les appartements lors des turnovers, en s'assurant qu'ils sont prêts à être loués.
  • Respecter les législations et les codes pertinents.
  • Gérer les propriétés conformément aux politiques, procédures et budgets, y compris les nouveaux développements.
  • Effectuer des inspections régulières des sites pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.


Qualifications :

  • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de propriétés multi-résidentielles.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe.
  • Expérience en gestion de budgets de capital et opérationnels.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Expérience avec Yardi est un atout.
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule requis.
