About Us:


Our rapidly growing marketing department is seeking a skilled Senior Video Content Creator & Editor that has worked on D2C ads, specifically on video advertising campaigns in the Adult Entertainment industry (preferred). Reporting directly to the CMO, this person will be responsible for creating compelling video content tailored for various advertising platforms, including adult sites (Tubes and Hentai) and mainstream social media channels (like Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat…). This role requires a high level of proficiency in video editing and motion design, focusing on producing engaging content that drives viewer engagement and meets specific marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing and Production: Lead the editing and post-production process of video content, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with brand standards and campaign goals. Utilise advanced editing techniques and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Content Creation for Diverse Platforms: Adapt video content for distribution across different platforms, understanding the unique requirements and audience expectations of adult sites and mainstream social media.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise video campaigns that effectively convey the desired message and appeal to target audiences.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of video quality by overseeing the editing process, ensuring all content is polished and optimised for viewer engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest video production software and trends to continuously improve the quality and impact of video content.
  • Operational Involvement: Handle day-to-day video production tasks personally, setting operational and creative benchmarks for future team members as the department scales.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience in Advertising (3-5+ years): Demonstrated expertise in video editing and motion design specifically for advertising purposes, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation across various digital platforms, including mainstream and adult advertising environments.
  • Proficiency with Editing Software: Expertise in using leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
  • Leadership Potential: Experience managing a team of video editors or similar creative roles is a major plus, as this role may involve hiring and leading more junior video editors as the department grows.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude; if a particular skill or resource is needed, takes the initiative to independently identify and secure the necessary expertise or solutions to ensure project success.
  • Creative and Visual Acumen: Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual details and the ability to craft visually compelling content that engages diverse audiences.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Background in creating content that adheres to the guidelines and sensitivities of both mainstream and adult advertising, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
