The duties and responsibilities, but not limited to, of the role are:


General Duties

·    Actively support Company Health and Safety goals and initiatives

·    Strict compliance to Company Health and Safety Policy

·    Maintain procedure notes for the position


Logistics Management

·   Book appointments for CCI transport pick up & deliveries

·   Assist with Finished Goods transfers with Warehouse & Order Desk to Outside Storage

·    Coordinate and support freight decision for our outbound shipments

·    Oversee the reconciliation of freight invoices and statements

·    Responsible for finished good reconciliation – Outside Storage

·    Participate in traceability and mock recalls

·    Main point of customer contact for product withdrawals/ recalls

·    Manage the process and documentation for USA shipments

·    Freight analysis of costs for all outbound shipments

·    Responsible for inventory control and warehousing of purchased materials

·    Responsible for populating & managing the receiving calendar

·    Perform monthly inventory counts - analyze variances & report on all deviations

·    Assist booking appointments for receiving of material


Qualifications & Skills

·    Diploma or degree in Logistics & Supply Chain

·    Min. 2 years experience in Logistics

·    Excellent interpersonal skills

·    Excellent oral and written communicational skills

·    Problem solving and attention to detail

·    Exceptional leadership skills

·    Flexible team player who prospers in a fast-paced work environment
