About the Role

HUMBLE LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to meet customer demands and optimize logistics operations.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics Planning and Execution: Plan and execute logistics operations, including route optimization, load planning, and freight management.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Management: Ensure the proper functioning of dispatching equipment and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, including on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
