ABOUT US:

Fox Real Estate is bringing hospitality to residential real estate. We are a young real estate firm that offers marketing, leasing and property management both as a service provider to property owners and on our own fully owned assets.

We are known for positioning rental properties at top-of-market rents, leasing them up quickly and managing them efficiently. As of Sept 2024, we own and manage rental properties in Downtown Montreal for a total of 500+ units. One of our past notable successes is Chelsea House, a high end student residence near Concordia & McGill. Additionally, we manage a 134-unit multi-family residential rental property in Washington DC, USA. We are non-traditional, we work hard, use tech to get things done faster than the norm. We pride ourselves on offering unique products and experiences to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your hustle and drive will set the pace for your team.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to keep our sales strategies relevant and competitive.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and drive business growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry. We're looking for a track record of success and a relentless drive to achieve results.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our clients and team.
