These are Contract positions 14 month to help with the Implementation
The Production Consultants will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across North America’s sites. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and deployment of D365 F&O within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. The individuals expertise in D365 F&O will be essential in assisting with the configuration, testing, and training phases of the implementation
The primary function of this position is to effectively administer, Implement and support the transition to Dynamics D365 (F&O) ERP from Dynamics AX 2012.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• D365 F&O Implementation Support: Collaborate with the project team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of D365 F&O across North America's sites. Provide hands-on assistance in configuring the system to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements to streamline operations.
• Data Migration and Integration: Support data migration activities by validating data accuracy and completeness, ensuring smooth data transfers from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 F&O. Assist in integrating D365 F&O with other existing applications and systems as required.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the D365 F&O system. Identify and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase, working with the development team to resolve them.
• End-User Training: Design and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to D365 F&O. Create training materials, documentation, and knowledge bases to support end-users in effectively utilizing the system.
• User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post Go-live support to end-users as part of the hyper care period by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to D365 F&O. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the D365 F&O implementation project, including configuration changes, training materials, and support processes.
