Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 8+ years' experience in coding, testing, and system analysis using C#.NET, MVC, Web API, and web services.
  • Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM.
  • Proven experience in customizing and designing customer portal sites using Power Pages.
  • D365 customization including plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in customizing and designing customer portal sites using Power Pages.
  • Experience in designing and delivering system integration using Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps.
  • Good knowledge on Azure security including implementation of OAuth 2.0 using App registrations and Azure Entra.
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems and services via APIs and connectors.
  • Experience developing custom applications and integrations directly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Experienced with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Understanding of MailChimp Platform and API, Marketo, or other marketing tools.
  • Understanding and experience in a regulated healthcare environment, an asset.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of MS Dynamics GP, an asset.
  • Understanding and experience with project methodologies such as SCRUM, AGILE, an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude.

Preferred Certifications

  • PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
  • PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
  • PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals.

For locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $105,000 - $130,000.
