We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading all E-commerce-related digital marketing campaigns including planning, creation, scheduling, implementation, and troubleshooting. This role ensures that all product content (website, newsletters, emails, DMs, SMS, social media) for the three main brands is updated regularly, information is accurate, and all content fits with the product and marketing initiatives of each respective brand.


Full time, Permanent Position, located in Montreal

Hybrid environment

Salary: 60-65k + bonus


Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns for three designated brands within the e-commerce domain, overseeing their entire lifecycle from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team to manage day-to-day creative processes for campaigns, ensuring the quality assurance of all assets and copies.
  • Generate reports and perform detailed analyses on campaign performance, customer interactions, and competitive insights.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to visualize and dissect marketing campaign data, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and optimize future initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the development and customer service teams to guarantee seamless technical integration and functionality, essential for successful campaign execution.
  • Develop comprehensive presentation decks encompassing campaign strategies and execution plans, incorporating feedback from executives and team members to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Segment and manage audience lists for targeted email, internal messaging, and SMS communications.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards across all web and mobile platforms, conducting regular reviews to uphold optimal user experiences.
  • Manage the scheduling and content planning for social media platforms across all brands.
  • Foster collaboration with the development team to ensure the proper functioning of online platforms and facilitate the implementation of new products and features.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships, and liaise with various departments to ensure the timely and successful execution of marketing campaigns.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing effective marketing strategies, coupled with adeptness in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in leveraging diverse mediums, conducting research, and crafting compelling graphics to engage target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting new initiatives, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and suggestions.
  • Dedicated team player with flexibility and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau
