Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join one of our clients teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing data files, conducting reconciliations, and performing various business analysis activities. Collaborating closely with business-facing partners and stakeholders, you will facilitate evidence-based decision-making processes to drive operational and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data files, conduct reconciliations, and perform business analysis tasks to understand and address business requirements.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant information using MS Excel and available applications/tools to support decision-making and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze data effectively, maintaining knowledge of key data sources and classifications.
- Review data requests and quality to determine the best approach for analysis that aligns with business objectives.
- Consult stakeholders to understand their needs, explore multiple analysis alternatives, and provide prototypes for evaluation when necessary.
- Clarify data sources and support stakeholder inquiries to ensure understanding and resolution.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities and collecting feedback from requestors.
- Participate in analyzing business processes and functional requirements, preparing documentation for system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience, with a focus on Pharmacy, preferably Specialty Pharmacy.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in mapping out complex operational processes.
- Retail background preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to analyze data and provide business recommendations based on identified trends and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Wireframing tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics, tracking, and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
- Business acumen related to Retail/Payments/Banking is advantageous.
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
- PMP and/or CBAP certification(s) are desirable.
