The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist serves as a key member of the team responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis, system configuration, and user training to ensure the effective utilization of the ERP system to meet business needs. The Specialist plays a critical role in analyzing client requirements, developing tailored solutions, providing technical support and training, and contributing to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.


Duties and Responsibilities


Conduct business analysis to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including setup of modules, workflows, and customizations.

Participate in the full project lifecycle from kick-off to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the use and administration of the ERP system.

Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Analyze and resolve issues facing users, including technical support and troubleshooting of system errors and performance issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations.

Contribute to project teams through participation in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and ERP implementations.

Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system.

Assist with basic IT needs within the company, such as hardware issues.

Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager.


Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field or Customer Service) is highly desirable.

Proven experience in implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project management methodologies.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
