Role: Account Manager, Healthcare Marketing (Remote, Canada)

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, specializing in the healthcare industry. This remote position, based in Canada, is ideal for a professional who is passionate about healthcare marketing and excels in client management and project management.


1) Client Management:


·      Act as the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

·      Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that drive their success.

·      Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their goals and industry trends.

·      Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery, always anticipating potential challenges and opportunities.

·      Identify opportunities for clients to leverage emerging trends and creative strategies to stay ahead in their markets.


2) Project Management:


·      Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.

·      Develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to meet project objectives, ensuring that each campaign resonates with the target audience and achieves measurable results.

·      Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

·      Collaborate and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, digital specialists, and vendors, to drive project success and ensure creative consistency across all deliverables.

·      Utilize your strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating complex timelines and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.

·      Administer meticulous budget management for all projects, ensuring that expenditures align with the approved budgets and financial goals.

·      Manage monthly invoicing, ensuring accuracy in billing and alignment with the scope of work.

·      Oversee client retainers and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring that all deliverables are met within the agreed terms and that financials are tracked and reported effectively.

·      Manage the review processes with the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB), ensuring that all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and are approved in a timely manner.


Qualifications:


·      Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within healthcare marketing.

·      Proven experience in client management, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

·      Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·      Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency setting.

·      Knowledge of digital marketing is a definite asset.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members alike.
