Nous recherchons un consultant en gestion du changement spécialisé dans la migration vers le Cloud. Ce rôle nécessite de solides compétences en leadership, communication et gestion des parties prenantes, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en gestion du changement dans le contexte des projets de migration vers le cloud.

Responsabilités :
  • Travailler avec les parties prenantes du projet pour évaluer la préparation de l'organisation et identifier les impacts du changement liés à la migration vers le Cloud.
  • Développer des plans complets de gestion du changement, y compris des stratégies de communication, des plans d'engagement des parties prenantes et des programmes de formation adaptés à différents groupes d'utilisateurs.
  • Animer des ateliers de gestion du changement, des groupes de discussion et des sessions de formation pour sensibiliser et encourager l'adoption des services Cloud.
  • Créer des supports de communication convaincants, tels que des e-mails, des présentations et des guides d'utilisation, pour informer efficacement les parties prenantes sur les mises à jour, les étapes clés et les avantages du projet.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet pour identifier et gérer la résistance au changement, atténuer les risques et assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs et les délais du projet.
  • Suivre et mesurer l'efficacité des activités de gestion du changement, recueillir des retours et apporter des améliorations continues pour garantir le succès des initiatives.
  • Agir en tant qu'expert en matière de meilleures pratiques de gestion du changement, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien aux équipes projet et aux parties prenantes tout au long du processus de migration.
Qualifications :
  • Diplôme de licence en commerce, gestion, psychologie organisationnelle ou domaine connexe ; un master ou des certifications pertinentes (ex. : ProSCI, ACMP) sont préférés.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion du changement, avec un historique avéré de réussite dans la conduite d'initiatives de changement dans le secteur bancaire ou des services financiers.
  • Expérience avec les technologies Cloud et les projets de migration, y compris la connaissance des services Cloud, de l'architecture et des meilleures pratiques.
  • Solide compréhension des principes, méthodologies et outils de gestion du changement, avec une expérience dans leur application dans des projets de transformation à grande échelle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et présentation, avec la capacité d'influencer et de mobiliser les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Capacité prouvée à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, avec un accent sur la réalisation des résultats et l'amélioration continue.
  • Compétences avérées en leadership, y compris la capacité à diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires, à animer des ateliers et à résoudre efficacement les conflits.
  • Très organisé et attentif aux détails, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et échéances tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de qualité et de professionnalisme.
