LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Change Manager for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa/Montreal-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Montreal, QC, on a hybrid basis.

Language Requirements

Bilingual in French and English essential.

Key Tasks

  • Create the Change impact assessment
  • Assessing readiness and provide pulse survey data to highlights people and implementation risks
  • Work with leaders to build awareness of the change and identify ways they could model and reinforce the change
  • Identify supports needed by leaders
  • Work with targets of change to determine challenges and needs for the change to be successful
  • Initiate change and communication plan(s)
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Change Management experience
  • Strong Technical Change Management with integration experience
  • Experience Impact Change Assessments

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviors
  • Exceptional communication skills, including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards
  • Experience with Communications
  • Relevant Change Management certifications

Assets

  • Experience in a Senior Change role in the Insurance industry would be considered a strong asset
