Hays Specialist Recruitment is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging promotional content for various platforms, including social media, website updates, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the hospitality department to lead and execute client events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Budget Management: Track expenses, monitor budgets, and report on event leads and outcomes to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize the MS Office suite to manage documents, create reports, and support various administrative tasks related to events and marketing.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Marketing, Events and/or related experience is required
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Previous Professional Services experience is a strong asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Principales responsabilités :

- Création de contenu promotionnel : Soutenir la création de contenu promotionnel attrayant pour diverses plateformes, y compris les médias sociaux, les mises à jour du site Web et d'autres documents de marketing.

- Coordination d'événements : Collaborer avec le service d'accueil pour diriger et exécuter les événements des clients, en veillant à ce que tous les aspects soient méticuleusement planifiés et exécutés.

- Gestion du budget : Assurer le suivi des dépenses, surveiller les budgets et établir des rapports sur les pistes et les résultats des événements afin de garantir l'efficience et l'efficacité financières.

- Soutien administratif : Utiliser la suite MS Office pour gérer les documents, créer des rapports et soutenir diverses tâches administratives liées aux événements et au marketing.


Qualifications :

- Plus de deux ans d'expérience en marketing, en événementiel ou dans un domaine connexe sont requis.

- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Bilingue anglais-français

- Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine des services professionnels est un atout majeur.

- Solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches.

- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
