Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hamilton, ON for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting and developing agency operations through booking and prepping client meetings. This role may have an opportunity to specialize in one or more product areas such as life, commercial and wealth. The Client Relationship Manager will rely on key anlytics to identify key opportunities in both personal and business markets, determine needs and as a trusted advisor and planner, make informed product recommendations based on gaps identified in a client’s insurance and/or financial plan. They may also be involved in the development and growth of an agency operation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Prior experience in a similar client-facing role
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
