Consultant, Service Desk – will be a key role within the practice whose primary responsibility will be to drive business development on Digital transformation by chosen industry sectors in the respective geography/ SBU in collaboration with Digital Theme Owners for qualified deals. In addition, the prospective candidate will be responsible to incubate next layer of sales to scale digital within the SBU. Scope of technologies would range from self-service, self-heal, automation &RPA, analytics, AL/ML etc



Responsibilities

• Create and manage pipeline of solutions & partners for Digital Transformation

• Go-to person for all digital related matters for Service Desk integrated to DWP

• Shape & organize Digital Workshops with customers to drive digital value agenda

• “Leadership presence” to engage client CXOs (beyond CIO) and influence client partners

• Set the digital agenda for the practice in alignment with overall digital strategy

• Lead large/strategic digital pursuit providing technical inputs in multiple technology competencies

• Collaborate with Digital Theme Owners to identify the right SMEs required for a pursuit

• Collaborate with local digital alliances partners for jGTM opportunities

• Provide inputs to Transformation office on the digital trends and opportunities in their SBU/region

• Strong understanding of digital challenges faced by Service Desk and ability to provide solutions

• Experience in selling large digital transformation deals (preferably in SBU geography)

• Ability to assemble cross-competency teams and technically guide them to drive large digital transformation pursuits


Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant consulting led business development or industry experience

• Architect business and technical solutions across multiple Verticals and Horizontals

• Part of Solution Architecture Team with primary responsibilities in Pre-Sales Consulting, RFP Solution Architecture Support, Architecture Reviews and Trouble-shooting help for Delivery Teams

• Rich experience in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, SOA, Business Process Automation, Complex Event Processing, Legacy Modernization, Legacy migration initiatives using at least one or many technologies in the area of Cloud Computing, Automation technologies, Mobility, IoT, Analytics etc.

• Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities

• Willingness to travel as and when required, international & domestic
