Summary:

The Senior IT Network Engineer holds a pivotal position in the upkeep and enhancement of our network infrastructure, crucial for realizing our goal of fostering sustainable communities. We seek an adept professional with extensive experience in network management and administration, possessing proficiency across various IT systems and tools such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, server management, and security protocols.


What you’ll get to do:

1. Microsoft Intune, Autopilot & MDM

  • Configure and manage endpoint security, application deployment, and compliance using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM.
  • Streamline device provisioning, ensure seamless integration, and enforce security policies for Windows and iOS devices.
  • Manage mobile app deployments and restrictions to enhance productivity and safeguard corporate data.

2. Patch Manager & Qualys Vulnerability Assessments

  • Automate patch deployment with Patch Manager and Qualys.
  • Prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations and security standards.

3. Endpoint Security & Threat Detection Specialist:

  • Manage endpoint protection agents to detect and respond to threats.
  • Use machine learning and behavioral analysis to identify suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with incident response teams for effective incident investigation and containment.

4. Network Security Engineer:

  • Configure and maintain firewall policies for traffic control and security enforcement at the network perimeter.
  • Implement advanced security features including intrusion prevention and application control.
  • Manage wireless networks, optimize Wi-Fi performance, and ensure network integrity through security measures.

5. Virtualization & Server Infrastructure Manager:

  • Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) supporting diverse workloads.
  • Manage hypervisor infrastructure for efficient resource utilization and scalability.
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for business continuity.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT network management and administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Patch manager, and other relevant IT systems and tools.
  • Showcase a solid understanding of server management and security protocols.
  • Exhibit experience with vulnerability scanning tools like Qualys.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Present strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Defender Cert) as a plus.
  • Show experience in server management and Palo Alto firewall configurations.
  • Have knowledge of Cisco Meraki access points.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in VM management including Active Directory, AD Sync, Print Server, DNS, and SFTP Server.
