UMATR has partnered with a global market leader specializing in IT consulting, software, and development. As an Engagement Manager, you will be joining a high-performing, purpose-driven team whose mission is to ensure every project engagement is a success.

As an Engagement Manager, you will:
- Foster successful relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure that deliverables and milestones are met.
- Act as an escalation point for both clients and your team.
- Manage delivery teams and projects.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Report engagement and project status to clients regularly.
- Ensure contract terms and conditions are met.
- Manage client staffing requirements.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Must have SOC 2 experience.
- Must have experience implementing SOC 2.
- Proven experience as a software Program Manager.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent reporting skills and verbal and written communication abilities.
- PMP Certification.
