Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Ascent, you will be the face of our brand and our clients' brands, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our services and products. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role provides a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, offering information and guidance.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to provide accurate and detailed information.
  • Record and manage customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer experiences and improve service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
