Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, brand-obsessed, detail-oriented, and driven Social Media, Content and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role demands impeccable aesthetics, creativity, high organization, and a balance of left and right brain capabilities. Your primary goal will be to execute our marketing, social media, and email campaign strategies, create compelling content, grow our social media presence on TikTok and Instagram, and ensure our brand message is effectively communicated across various channels. You will also manage our e-commerce store, including the subscription program, promotions, and back-end updates on Shopify. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, passionate about wellness, and have a proven track record of success on TikTok.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a content calendar for daily posting on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging on-brand content (photos and videos) for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Engage with our online community, answering questions promptly, fostering relationships, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand and product awareness.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute social media and email brand partnerships.
  • Ideate and execute creative email marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Execute monthly influencer seeding and gifting initiatives.
  • Report on marketing KPIs across Instagram and TikTok, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage our e-commerce stores and web updates, including promotions, product pages, blog posts, and subscription programs.


Daily Tasks:

  • Create, edit, and repurpose all brand-owned photos and videos for social channels.
  • Oversee and maintain day-to-day social media activities, responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Write copy for social media assets and email campaigns.
  • Manage Shopify backend, product pages, and marketing apps.
  • Coordinate and ensure email campaigns are scheduled in advance.
  • Execute community/influencer seeding initiatives.
  • Ideate and execute social campaigns with community members and like-minded brands to enhance Rainbo’s brand presence.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, copywriting).
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and experience managing online promotions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and mycological solutions.
