Key Responsibilities:

Cultivation Operations: Understand, operate, and optimize cultivation processes in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.

Grow Room Maintenance: Perform and oversee regular maintenance of cultivation rooms, including sanitation and workspace organization.

Crop Preparation: Assist in setting up grow rooms before planting, including preparing growth media, soaking cubes, and transplanting clones.

Clone and Plant Management: Monitor and maintain clones and young plants to optimize their development.

Flowering Cycle Management: Observe, maintain, and adjust plant growth parameters during the flowering stage to ensure optimal yields.

Hygiene and Organization: Ensure that all cultivation spaces remain clean, safe, and well-organized throughout the production cycle.

Harvest and Post-Harvest Processing: Participate actively in all harvest-related tasks, including trimming, drying, and packaging.

Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks related to production and cultivation maintenance as assigned by management.

Desired Profile:

Prior experience in horticulture, preferably in cannabis production (an asset).

Ability to work in a controlled environment while strictly following production protocols.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
