Corporate Trainer

6 month contract + extensions, 5 days per week onsite
Insight Global is currently hiring for a Trainer/Facilitator to deliver learning sessions in response to a net-new wholesale back office implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and Q&A sessions to relevant business users. This position will be for one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies with the expectation to be onsite in Calgary 5 days a week.
Requirements:
·- Strong understanding of back-office operations business processes - accounting and/or dispatch
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and/or SCM.
- 5+ years of experience in training/facilitating
- Hands on experience with finance and/or SCM experience in ERP Dynamics D365, SAP, etc.
- Previous experience delivering training for ERP/software app implementation projects
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with experience training an non-technical audience
Plusses:
- Experience in the Retail/Wholesale business domain
- Post-secondary qualification or industry specific designations in either Education, Instructional Design, Finance, or IT.
