Our Pre-Competitive Junior Dolphin program is a developmental swim program that introduces children to the sport of competitive swimming through safe and progressive skill development. We provide children with the technical skills necessary for lifelong success in aquatic sports.


Role Description

We are looking for pre-competitive Junior Dolphin swim instructors at the Lawson Aquatic Centre and University of Regina locations. As a Pre-Competitive Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swim instruction to students. Your tasks will include teaching our lesson plans, providing feedback to students, and ensuring safety in the pool area.


Preferred Qualifications

  • I Can Swim or Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor, Swim for Life Instructor, or Lifesaving Instructor Certification
  • Previous experience in swim instruction or coaching
  • Knowledge of swim teaching techniques and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels
