Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at The 401 Group of Companies in Cambridge, ON reporting to the Director, Marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing promotional activities, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to further improve lead generation and sales efforts.


This role will work across multiple brands under the group umbrella included but not limited to 19 Franchise Dealerships, 401 Auto Financing, CampMart, and Yamaha. This role will have multiple team members working with them to execute the campaigns currently running while they determine areas for improvement in the campaign and reporting results to various Executives.


Qualifications

  • 5+ Years in Marketing
  • Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Email Marketing skills
  • Branding, Advertising, and Public Relations expertise
  • A strong understanding of GA4 is a must
  • Social Media Content Creation and Ad Campaign Creation
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns
  • A core understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills to help with keeping projects on track and monitoring performance of these projects over time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to accomplish goals that align with the organization
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus
  • Post secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
