Your New Company

A leading company in the Canadian Gas Operations industry is looking to add a member to their team for a 1-year contract.


Your new role

  • Considered a subject matter expert and is sought out by internally stakeholders for guidance on land rights issues.
  • Identify land requirements and potential issues on capital projects, acquisition or development programs.
  • Provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts; support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program.
  • Direct and/or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership.
  • Ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable with field work.
  • People with project management and land coordination experience specific to landowners, landowner engagement, and land rights acquisition.
