Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing feedback to the senior leadership team. Hiring for multiple positions throughout Ontario.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Experience with selling advertisements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • This is a 100% commission position
