Job Description:

Brampton Immigration Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads on a day-to-day basis, managing our social media platforms, and developing and implementing innovative social media strategies. The goal is to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through social media channels on a daily basis.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize social media campaigns to improve performance and ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and Meta Ads Manager to promote our services effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align social media strategies with overall business goals and marketing efforts.
  • Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the immigration consultancy or related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
