Job Description
As a part-time Retail Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Assisting customers in finding products that match their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations and demonstrations as needed. Closing sales and achieving or exceeding set sales target Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Staying knowledgeable about our products and promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively. Passion for sales and a genuine desire to help others succeed and grow in their roles. Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity and remain active and engaged during your shifts. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Perks:
