Join Our Team:   Membership Development Associate

Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and fostering growth? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Membership Development Associate. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our community across all divisions by nurturing relationships, generating leads, and spearheading membership sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business prospects across our diverse divisions, including contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and associates.
  • Craft Compelling Messages: Collaborate on the development of engaging sales and marketing materials to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to seek out potential members and introduce them to the benefits of joining our community.
  • Innovative Marketing: Contribute to inbound marketing strategies and manage the sales pipeline to attract new members.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and leverage our CRM system to streamline communication and track progress.
  • Engage with Events: Participate in trade shows and events to showcase our offerings and connect with potential members.
  • Streamlined Onboarding: Provide administrative support for the seamless integration of new members into our community.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience in sales or marketing roles, with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of inbound marketing techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
