Sinclair Dental, a leading name in the Dental industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) of Equipment to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Equipment CSR, you will be the main point of contact to process and coordinate equipment orders, providing exceptional service and support for our dental equipment range. Your role will involve overseeing the equipment sales process from quotation to invoicing while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent support to all sales representatives and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email. Process orders and manage customer accounts using our internal systems. Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records. Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Skills and Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential. Previous experience in a similar CSR role, preferably within the dental industry, but not required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Bilingual (French/English) Required

À propos du rôle

En tant que CSR à l'équipement bilingue, vous serez le principal point de contact pour traiter et coordonner les commandes d'équipement, en fournissant un service et un support exceptionnels pour notre gamme d'équipements dentaires. Votre rôle consistera à superviser le processus de vente d'équipements, du devis à la facturation, tout en assurant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Principales responsabilités

Fournir un excellent support à tous les représentants commerciaux et clients, en répondant aux demandes de renseignements par téléphone et par e-mail.
Traiter les commandes et gérer les comptes clients à l’aide de nos systèmes internes.
Aider aux tâches de saisie de données et maintenir des dossiers clients précis.
Collaborer avec différents départements pour garantir que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits.


Compétences et l'expérience


- La maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Outlook est essentielle.
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire en RSE, de préférence au sein de l'industrie dentaire, mais non requise.
- Attention exceptionnelle aux détails et à l’exactitude de la saisie des données.
- Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonelles.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Bilingue (français/anglais) requis
