Dans ce rôle, vous aurez à supporter le développement et l’introduction des nouveaux composants d’emballage et soutenir les modifications/changements sur les produits déjà commerciaux. De plus, le technicien emballage assurera un support documentaire et technique pour les spécialistes emballages.

Principales responsabilités

Assurer que toute la documentation et base de données d’emballage sont mise à jour, organisée et accessible. Examiner et approuver les PCMF (Product Creation Modification Forms) pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits ou la gestion des modifications des produits existants. Participer au transfert technique des projets de la R&D vers l'usine pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits et de nouveaux composants à l'usine. Assurer un support technique afin de résoudre les problématiques liées aux composants d’emballages ainsi que leurs compatibilités avec nos équipements. Coordonner et/ou participer aux essais en ligne pour s'assurer que les composants fonctionnent bien sur les lignes de production. Effectuer des mesures sur les composants d'emballages en l'utilisation de divers équipements (Magna-Mike, micromètre, scanner 3D, scanner MicroVu etc.). Préparer des rapports pour résumer les données et tirer des conclusions basées sur les résultats obtenus. Aide à détecter et identifier les composants défectueux et non conformes. Communiquer la raison de la non-conformité à l'équipe. Supporter l’étude de faisabilité sur nos lignes d’un nouvel article de conditionnement, en collaboration avec les spécialistes emballages, les services achats, les fournisseurs et la direction technique, afin de répondre au mieux aux exigences du marketing. Supporter divers projets d’usine ("double-sourcing" composantes d’emballage, "double-stacking" des palettes, net content management etc.).

Qualités et aptitudes nécessaires

Diplôme collégial 2 années d’expérience dans une industrie pharmaceutique (de préférence), cosmétique ou alimentaire Bonne connaissance des matériaux d’emballage Très bonne capacité analytique Connaissance de travail en laboratoire un atout Grande habileté de communication Capable de travailler de manière autonome. Bilinguisme français/anglais (oral et écrit). Connaissances des systèmes informatiques (principalement Windows Office).
