Description

Clients from around the world depend on the 24/7/365 operation of our proprietary ERP solution. Their work is fast paced and represents very high value. Disruptions to operations impose unacceptable costs on their business. The ERP Application Technical Support Analyst will be the first line of defense in ensuring our clients maintain operational continuity without disruption. You will receive support calls from clients ranging from CEOs to Warehouse Personnel who will present you with a wide variety of support requests. One call could be troubleshooting a label printer’s configuration in Linux. Another call could be walking a client’s new employee through month end financial procedures and reporting that was executed incorrectly. Another call could be diving into a database and troubleshooting errors in data or configuration that caused the client’s new product line to produce errors that halt business. You will contribute to 4GL Solution’s culture of service by helping our demanding clients with calm, confident solutions to their issues. You possess strong conflict resolution, customer service & technical expertise in addition to general helpdesk skills. For the right candidates, we will help you develop the necessary technical and business expertise in our ERP solution.
