After-Sales Coordinator | Shop at Home Department
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused After-Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all after-sales activities for our Shop at Home (custom window coverings) department. This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating service and maintenance schedules, processing warranty claims, and facilitating communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Job Description- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding after-sales services.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with customers and internal teams.
- Process and monitor warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Provide support and training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless after-sales service delivery.
- Analyze after-sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve after-sales processes and customer service standards.
- Proven experience in customer service or after-sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services (Hunter Douglas) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
