Client Services Associate

Description:
TEKsystems client in Vancouver are adding a Client Services Associate to their wealth management team. This role is best suited to someone with previous experience working in the Wealth Management industry.
Principal Accountabilities
•Deliver a superior client experience by assisting clients and SOIs, earning their trust by responding to requests and questions in a timely manner.
•To communicate and work with Portfolio Managers and Associates to resolve any critical issues.
•To assist in the production, mailing and tracking of quarterly reports and other marketing materials.
•To ensure accurate and timely administration of account opening and the closing of client accounts.
•To administer client Registered Plan contributions, payments, transfers and withdrawals.
•Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity.
•Maintain all pending plan transfers to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
•Utilize contact management system for daily task management and client record-keeping.
•Liaise with custodians to resolve issues as they arise.
•Undertakes and executes project work as directed fitting it in with own workload, to ensure that all own and project/strategic plan deliverables are met.

Scheduling:
Hybrid: x1 per week in office (Wednesdays)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30 - 4:30
Requirements:
1-2 years experience working in Wealth Management: experience with opening registered accounts, processing money transfers, and communicating with portfolio managers and customers.
Strong communication skills in English
MS office suites experience
Minimum High School Diploma
