About the role

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI and OpenAI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, testing, and integrating AI models into various applications. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement generative AI models using Python and OpenAI technologies.

Design and execute testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.

Benchmark AI models to evaluate their performance and identify areas for improvement.

Integrate AI models into various applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience in Python programming and developing AI models.

Expertise in OpenAI technologies and generative AI models.

Strong knowledge of testing AI models and benchmarking techniques.

Experience with integrating AI models into applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other programming languages/Framework such as Java, VueJS, Angular, ReactJS ou NodeJS. 

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

Knowledge of data science and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 

Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
