Description:

 Relevant du chef de l’équipede conception électrique, le technicien électronique sera responsable du parc d’outillages de tests électriques: assemblage, maintenance, vérification, réparation et calibration. Il supportera aussi la première ligne de défense de débogage en production. La majorité des produits

sont éclairés à l’aide de DELs et de circuits pour moduler leur puissance et peuvent intégrer diverses technologies analogues et numériques pour communiquer

la commande de l’opérateur vers l’aéronef. On s’implique dans la plupart des interfaces dans un cockpit d’avion.

 

• Fournir le support requis pour déverminer les défaillances électrique des produits en cours de production.

• Perfectionner les techniques de fabrication et rangement des outillages de test pour améliorer leur robustesse.

• Fabriquer les outillages (câblages) selon les requis de l’équipe et les besoins de la production.

• Supporter la calibration de certains équipements de mesure.

• Participer dans l’introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI) sur le plancher de production.

• Naviguer à travers les priorités des différents clients internes.

 

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• DEC technique ou (AEC avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente) en électronique.

• Expérience supplémentaire un atout.

• Lecture et interprétation de schématiques requis.

• Savoir-faire démontré en utilisation d’appareils de mesure électriques (multimètres, oscilloscope, etc.)

• Aptitudes minimales en informatique (Microsoft Office).

• Connaissance du logiciel de conception Altim Designer un atout.

• Expérience en soudure (J-STD-001) et inspection de joints de soudure (IPC-A-610) un atout.

Description:

Reporting to the head of the electrical design team, the electronics technician will be responsible for the electrical test tool park: assembly, maintenance, verification, repair and calibration. He or she will also support the first line of defence for debugging in production. 

The majority of products are illuminated using LEDs and circuits to modulate their power, and can incorporate various analogue and digital technologies to communicate control from the operator to the aircraft. We are involved in most of the interfaces in an aircraft cockpit.

· Providing the support required to troubleshoot electrical faults in products during production. 

· Refine manufacturing techniques and tidy up test tools to improve their robustness.

· Manufacture tooling (wiring) according to the team's requirements and production needs.

· Support the calibration of certain measuring equipment. 

· Participate in the introduction of new products (NPI) on the production floor.

·  Navigate through the priorities of various internal customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Technical DEC or (AEC with at least 3 years relevant experience) in electronics.Additional experience an asset. 

Reading and interpretation of schematics required. 

Demonstrated expertise in the use of electrical measuring equipment (multimeters, oscilloscope, etc.).

Minimal computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Knowledge of Altim Designer design software an asset.

Experience in welding (J-STD-001) and inspection of welding joints (IPC-A-610) an asset
