Are you a Millwright eager to jump into a new job right away? Look no further because we have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for an experienced Millwright to join one of our clients in Halifax.

Your main responsibilities as a service technician include delivering exceptional customer service while servicing and maintaining the client equipment and fostering good relationships with client customers. You will have continuous chances to improve your technical skills by gaining practical experience and utilizing training resources offered by the client.

Salary: $30-35/hr.
Shift timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Halifax and the surrounding area (likely 30 minutes travel)

Responsibilities
Your Role:

Conduct maintenance and service on the client's products and other brand equipment.
Advise customers on operating machines and maintenance requirements while promoting the client's service products.
Commissioning new equipment and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
Supporting client local customer base and maximizing time utilization.
Updating product knowledge through training programs and company resources.
Managing administrative duties like time sheets and service reports.
Identifying and communicating new business opportunities to management.

Qualifications
You should possess:

Industrial Mechanic certificate or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in English communication - written and verbal
A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
Good at managing deadlines and the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service
Physical endurance and willingness to travel, work in various conditions, and lift up to 50lbs.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Experience servicing compressed air equipment (preferred).
