Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Test Manager:in bringst Du Deine Erfahrungen in den Digitalisierungsprojekten unserer Kunden ein und trägst dazu bei, diese mit hoher Qualität zum Erfolg zu führen. Du stellst sicher, dass die vereinbarten Projektziele in Zeit, Qualität und Budget für Dein Teilprojekt erreicht werden und die Vorteile der Digitalisierung im Kundenumfeld qualitativ hochwertig zum Tragen kommen.

Als Testmanager:in unterstützt Du unsere Kunden in verschiedenen Projekten, wie z.B. bei der Einführung und dem Rollout von neuen Features, bei Erweiterungen, Upgrades, Change Requests und regulatorischen Setups. Darüber hinaus gestaltest und erweiterst Du unser Retail Testmanagement-Angebot und baust unser Team weiter aus. Du stellst sicher, dass diese Lösungen die erwarteten Anforderungen an Qualität, Funktionalität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit erfüllen. Angefangen bei der Testbarkeitsanalyse neuster Retail Software, Hardware und Infrastruktur wirst Du:

• Für den Erfolg des Testprojekts verantwortlich sein
• Egal ob agil oder Wasserfall – Du versorgst Dein Team mit den nötigen Daten, Umgebungen, Tools und behältst den Überblick
• Verwaltung der Testaktivitäten rund um das Projekt, einschließlich der Koordinierung von Kolleg:innen und der Zuweisung von Tests,
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Testplänen/Szenarien durch Auswahl oder Entwurf neuer Testfälle,
• Verfolgung des Testfortschritts und der gemeldeten Defects
• Dokumentieren und Präsentieren der Testergebnisse
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Proof of Concepts, Showcases, Toolevaluationen und Business Case Betrachtungen im Rahmen von Testvorhaben
• Durch erfolgreiches Stakeholder-Management und zielgruppenorientiertes Reporting schaffst Du Transparenz und stärkst das Vertrauen unserer Kunden
• Als kreativer Leistungsträger unterstützt Du nicht nur im Rahmen von Projekten, sondern bringst Deine Erfahrungen und Ideen auch innerhalb von CGI durch die Mitarbeit am Ausbau unserer Practices in den Themen Test & Quality Services ein

Du unterstützt beim Ausbau unsere Kundenbeziehungen und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsmethoden sowie bei den Angebotsprozessen für Ausschreibungen und Projekte. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Fach-/ Hochschulstudium aus den Bereichen Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, o.ä.. Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit adäquater, langjähriger Berufserfahrung in der IT Branche, oder langjährige Hands-on Business Erfahrung in der Retail Branche. Du hast mindestens 4-8 Jahre Erfahrung als Test Expert/Test Manager in einem mittelständigen Retail-Unternehmen.

Zu Deinen Kompetenzen zählen außerdem:

• Sehr gute Prozesskenntnisse durch die gesamte Retail-Wertschöpfungskette (Einkauf, Logistik, Picking, stationärer Handel, Omni-Channel, etc.)
• Kenntnis und Verständnis von typischer IT-Lösungen, die in der Retail-Wertschöpfungskette eingesetzt werden (ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM, eCommerce, Payments, POS, Marketplace, SAP...)
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge
• Fundiertes Wissen über Testverfahren, -methoden und –werkzeuge und wendest sie routiniert an
• Sicherer Einsatz verschiedenster Projektmanagementmethoden und -werkzeuge auf unterschiedliche Ebenen
• Du setzt verschiedenste marktübliche Testtools und -werkzeuge sowie Frameworks sicher ein und führst auch digitale Teams zum Erfolg
• Deine guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und Deine Lösungsorientierung lassen Dich auf allen Ebenen glänzen
• Eine ISTQB Zertifizierung rundet Dein Profil ab
• Erfahrung und Freude an Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten

Soft Skills

• Sehr gute Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten (B2-C1: Deutsch und Englisch) im internationalen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Unterstützung von Workshops
• Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und „Hands-on“ Mentalität
