Responsabilités :

 

-Solliciter les clients pour planifier les rendez-vous d'entretien recommandés par le manufacturier, pour promouvoir les spéciaux ou autre service après-vente.

-Suivre les prospects et les clients existants qui rejoignent le concessionnaire par téléphone, sms, réseaux sociaux, web, visite en magasin ou tout autre moyen.

-Suivi rapide des demandes et suivi à long terme tel que détaillé dans les recommandations de fabrication.

- Mettre à jour les informations de contact et aider à fournir des informations opportunes sur les prospects, les rendez-vous et toute information pouvant aider aux relations avec les clients.

-Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et fournir des informations aux clients.

-Expliquez le type et le coût des services offerts.

-Recevoir et consigner les préoccupations

-Accéder et traiter les informations

- Tenir des registres et des statistiques

-Effectuer des tâches générales de bureau.

-Une attitude positive.

-Achèvement du secondaire.

-Une formation collégiale, professionnelle ou technique serait un atout.

-Enthousiaste avec une grande énergie tout au long de la journée de travail.

-Sortant avec une personnalité amicale.

-Avoir des compétences en service à la clientèle de qualité.

-Posséder de solides compétences en communication.

-Doit avoir un permis de conduire propre et valide.

-Expérience avec Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et Outlook.

-Une apparence professionnelle. -La capacité de lire, écrire et parler anglais et français.

 

 

 

 

Customer Care Follow-up/Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

 

-Solicit customers to schedule maintenance appointments recommended by the   manufacturer, to promote specials or other after-sales service.

-Follow up prospects and existing customers who reach the dealership by phone, text, social media, web, store visit, or any other medium.

-Rapid follow-up on inquiries and long-term follow-up as detailed in manufacturing recommendations.

- Update contact information and assist in providing timely information about prospects, appointments and any information that may assist in client relations.

-Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers.

-Explain the type and cost of services offered.

-Receive and record concerns

-Access and process information

- Maintain records and statistics

-Perform general office duties.

 

Requirements:

 

-A positive attitude.

-Completion of high school.

-Some college, vocational or technical training would be an asset.

-Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.

-Outgoing with a friendly personality.

-Have quality customer service skills.

-Have strong communication skills.

-Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
