Job Description:
Coaxxion Business Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive team of professionals on exciting and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and possess strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.

Description du poste :
Coaxxion Business Solutions recherche un Développeur ServiceNow talentueux et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein en télétravail offrant l'opportunité de travailler avec une équipe de professionnels compétents et solidaires sur des projets passionnants et stimulants. Le candidat idéal sera parfaitement bilingue en français et possédera une expertise avérée en ITSM, ITOM, ITAM et SPM.

Responsabilités principales :
  • Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions ServiceNow pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
  • Personnaliser les applications ServiceNow et faciliter le déploiement de nouvelles applications et modules.
  • Collaborer avec les analystes commerciaux, les chefs de projet et les clients pour recueillir les exigences et les traduire en spécifications techniques.
  • Effectuer la maintenance, les mises à jour et les optimisations de la plateforme ServiceNow.
  • Développer et gérer les intégrations entre ServiceNow et d'autres systèmes.
  • Créer et maintenir la documentation technique pour les solutions ServiceNow.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à ServiceNow.
  • Rester informé des dernières évolutions et meilleures pratiques de ServiceNow et des technologies connexes.
Qualifications :
  • Maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé).
  • Expérience avérée en tant que Développeur ServiceNow.
  • Solides connaissances en ITSM, ITOM, ITAM et SPM.
  • Expérience avec JavaScript, HTML, CSS et autres technologies web.
  • Familiarité avec les intégrations et les API de ServiceNow.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Certification(s) ServiceNow est un plus.
