Développeur(euse) ServiceNow

Le/La développeur(euse) ServiceNow sera clé dans le développement, la maintenance et l'amélioration des applications sur la plate-forme ServiceNow ITSM ainsi que dans la création d'intégrations avec d'autres systèmes existants.

Responsabilités

Les candidats doivent démontrer une connaissance approfondie de la panoplie d'outils ServiceNow et avoir de l'expérience dans la création d'intégrations avec des systèmes connexes.

• Développer, maintenir et améliorer les applications dans ServiceNow.

• Personnaliser les applications ServiceNow et faciliter le déploiement de nouvelles applications et modules et configurer l'interface utilisateur de l'application et configurer le flux de travail

• Créer des intégrations entre ServiceNow et d'autres systèmes existants.

• Fournir un support de deuxième niveau à l'équipe de support de production dans les opérations ServiceNow.

• Tirer parti d'approches technologiques éprouvées et innovantes pour résoudre des problèmes commerciaux complexes.

• Fournir des évaluations techniques, une documentation écrite et une expertise technique.

• Travailler à l'amélioration continue en partageant les expériences et les connaissances au sein de l'équipe.

• Fournir des estimations de l'effort de développement pour les activités de travail prévues.

• Fournir un service de qualité et cohérent au client.

• Capable d'encadrer et de développer des développeurs juniors sur les bonnes pratiques de conception et les normes de développement

• Identifier les dimensionnements, les estimations, le développement, les tests, le déploiement et la transition des connaissances.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise de la langue française

• 5+ années d'expérience informatique

• 3+ ans d'expérience pratique en développement sur la plate-forme ServiceNow, en particulier dans les domaines suivants: développement, configuration, intégration, rapports, notifications, événements, règles métier, éléments de catalogue et mise en œuvre avec une connaissance avancée de la plate-forme

• Certification de spécialiste d'implémentation certifié ServiceNow

• Certification de développeur d'applications certifié ServiceNow

• Baccalauréat en informatique, informatique, domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente en éducation / travail

• Solide compréhension des configurations système et ITSM de base dans ServiceNow

• Expérience pratique des implémentations et / ou migrations vers la plateforme ServiceNow

• Connaissance des langages Web et de script (JavaScript, HTML, services Web)

• Expérience de l'intégration de logiciels et d'API tiers

• Expérience de travail dans un environnement Agile / Scrum

• Connaissance des méthodologies ITIL et des concepts ITSM

• Bilingue: français et anglais, écrit et oral

• Compétences en leadership alliées à de solides compétences analytiques

Developer ServiceNow

The ServiceNow developer will be key in developing, maintaining, and improving applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, as well as in creating integrations with other existing systems.

Responsibilities

Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of the array of ServiceNow tools and have experience in creating integrations with related systems.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within ServiceNow.

• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the deployment of new applications and modules, configure the application's user interface, and configure workflow.

• Create integrations between ServiceNow and other existing systems.

• Provide second-level support to the production support team in ServiceNow operations.

• Leverage proven and innovative technological approaches to solve complex business problems.

• Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise.

• Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.

• Provide development effort estimates for planned work activities.

• Deliver quality and consistent service to the client.

• Capable of mentoring and developing junior developers in design best practices and development standards.

• Identify sizing, estimates, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transition.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the French language

• 5+ years of IT experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in development on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the following areas: development, configuration, integration, reporting, notifications, events, business rules, catalog items, and implementation with advanced knowledge of the platform.

• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification

• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer certification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, related field, or equivalent education/work experience

• Strong understanding of basic system configurations and ITSM in ServiceNow

• Practical experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow platform

• Knowledge of web and scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, Web services)

• Experience integrating third-party software and APIs

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts

• Bilingual: French and English, written and oral

• Leadership skills combined with strong analytical skills
