Why This Role is Important
As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Growth & Sales Platforms / Services your goal is to define a roadmap that enhances PC Financial Digital Sales and Application journeys in support of our objectives and goals. The role plays a pivotal role in driving customer growth and profitability of the business, by developing and executing the digital experiences for new to bank customers across all our product lines.
It will also support a product practice within PC Financial Services while helping to transform the online experiences for The Mobile Shop, Gift of Choice and PC Insurance.
You'll manage a high-performing team of Product Owners that create industry leading experiences for customers to acquire our products, while ensuring our risk management and compliance practices.
This role is focused on leveraging the latest technology to improve the application conversion funnel and minimize our risk exposure to fraud, security, and identity verification. As a key contributor and leader in product development, the Sr Manager will work with a broad group of technical & non-technical partners to identify & implement new features, enhancements, and architectural development that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
What You'll Do:
Develop and continuously iterate on the digital strategy, vision and roadmap enabling the business teams to drive their P&L goals Partner with colleagues across all levels of the organization to identify business challenges and gain alignment on the roadmap Run feature prioritization sessions and work closely with design and development teams to bring features to market while ensuring feasibility, built-in quality and milestones are met Ensure smooth operations of digital sales tools and work closely with front lines to maintain a customer friction gauge Continuously measure core success metrics and identify opportunities to iterate and improve features and offerings with new technology Create sound hypotheses for any new product development and ensure we’re building out things that make sense Participate in collecting feedback from users and translating these findings into product development Promote Agile & Product best practices as well as becoming a customer champion Mentor and grow a team of high performing Product OwnersWhat You Bring:
The successful candidate will hold a university degree, preferably in Business or Engineering Minimum of 5 years of digital product management with a focus on customer acquisition journeys and increasing sales Able to set a vision that includes both customer and shareholders objectives in mind, and help your teams achieve that vision Able to communicate complex ideas and visions through storytelling Proficient in agile development practices and helps teams improve on their practice Strong partner with stakeholders across all levels within and outside the organization Strong partner to design and able to work seamlessly together to build amazing products and features. Strong partner to engineering and able to help guide teams to build the product that is right for our customers and the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Miro) and remote user testingRejoignez une équipe gagnante qui fait preuve d'innovation, d'énergie, de créativité et de vision.
