Location:  Lakeland LTC , Parry Sound,  ON  Schedule:  30.00hours/week

Status:   Independent Contractor

How will you make a difference day to day? 

In this role you will have the ability to work independently with support of your Regional Manage and Clinical Lead with 40+ years of physiotherapy experience. Our Seniors Wellness team is experienced, and equally invested in your career as much as you are and wants to see you thrive. 

Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress Administer and collect outcome measurement information Participate in quality improvement initiatives Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders Engage in continuous learning and skills development Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience Ability to work on extended projects to advance in career. 

What it takes:

Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Physiotherapy Residents are welcome to apply – we will support your 2nd stage Exam process) A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program ADP Authorizer status is a valuable asset (we can help you earn this status) A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months) Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance Proof of COVID vaccination
