Le(la) consultant(e) du groupe de solutions de données personnalisées fait partie de l'équipe talentueuse qui mène des projets personnalisés de gestion de l'information et de production de rapports avec des clients du secteur pharmaceutique, de la biotechnologie et d'autres secteurs des sciences de la vie et qui fournit des solutions novatrices de haute qualité.

Les projets tirent parti des ressources d’information d’IQVIA et couvrent un large éventail, y compris des flux d’entrepôts de données personnalisés, des rapports de classe thérapeutique personnalisés et/ou impliquent l’intégration d’ensembles de données propriétaires et de tiers et de mesures innovantes afin de créer des solutions qui répondent aux questions commerciales et marketing de nos clients. Les missions sont d’une complexité variable, allant de l’analyse de base et de la résolution de problèmes à l’aide au développement de solutions plus complexes, en passant par la supervision de petites équipes.

Rôles et responsabilités :

 Participe ou encadre des équipes dans la conception, le développement et la livraison de solutions de données personnalisées uniques ou syndiquées pour les clients en utilisant une approche proactive pour déterminer les besoins des clients.  Passe en revue et analyse les exigences ou les enjeux des clients et contribue à l'élaboration de propositions de solutions rentables qui assurent la rentabilité et la satisfaction du client.  Fournit des consignes et des conseils à d'autres personnes au sein d'IQVIA pour aider à la création de la solution de données personnalisée. Élabore une documentation et des spécifications détaillées. Collabore avec les équipes chargées des comptes des clients pour effectuer des analyses qualitatives et/ou quantitatives afin d'aider à identifier les problèmes des clients et à développer des solutions de données personnalisées adaptées aux clients. Conçoit, structure et fournit des rapports et des présentations clients adaptés aux caractéristiques ou aux besoins du groupe cible. Recommande de manière dynamique des améliorations et des solutions différentes pour résoudre les problèmes. Avec l'enrichissement de l'expérience, il ou elle identifie de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce à l'utilisation et à la compréhension des différentes données d'IQVIA. Assure un suivi avec le client une fois les livrables du projet terminés pour assurer la satisfaction du client. Développe de manière proactive des connaissances plus larges et plus approfondies des méthodologies de conseil associées et du marché pharmaceutique grâce à une expérience professionnelle et à la participation à des opportunités de formation. Commence à développer une expertise dans un domaine spécifique à la pratique.

Qualifications

Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente requise  2+ années d’expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine Travaille volontairement et efficacement avec d’autres personnes et au sein de l’organisation pour atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe. Compréhension des processus fondamentaux des entreprises, de leurs interactions et de l'impact des influences externes/internes sur la prise de décision, la croissance et le déclin. Connaissance des méthodes, outils et techniques de conseil, liés à son domaine fonctionnel. Connaissance des événements et développements actuels au sein d’une industrie et des principaux concurrents. Connaissance et compréhension du marché. Connaissance des associations professionnelles, des personnes clés et des entreprises. Compétences efficaces en gestion du temps.

Vous devrez travailler directement avec des départements, des équipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à travers le monde, par conséquent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire à l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

A Consultant in the Custom Data Solutions group is an integral member of the talented team conducting customized information management and reporting projects with pharmaceutical, biotech, other life science industry clients and providing high quality innovative solutions.

Projects leverage the IQVIA information assets and cover a broad spectrum including customized data warehouse feeds, customized therapeutic class reports and/or involve the integration of proprietary and third-party data sets and innovative metrics in order to create solutions that support our client’s commercial sales and marketing business questions. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions to leading small teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of onetime or syndicated custom data solutions for clients using a consultative approach to determine a client need. Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction. Provides direction and guidance to others within IQVIA to help support the creation of the custom data solution. Develops detailed documentation and specifications. Works in coordination with client specific account teams to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific custom data solutions. Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. Proactively recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems. As experience grows has the freedom to identify new business opportunities through use and understanding of various IQVIA data assets. Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction. Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities. Begins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required 2+ years of related professional experience Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals. Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline. Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area. Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors. Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies. Effective time management skills.

You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
