About this position:

Job Title: Integrations Team Lead Location: Remote; Canada Job Type: Full Time; Permanent Department: Reports and Integration Team

What You’ll Do:

This role involves supporting the sales team with technical demonstrations during evaluations and upsells, assisting implementation teams in discovering customer needs, and explaining how platform integrations will impact the customer’s implementation.

We seek a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and blends customer-facing duties with a technical understanding of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate learns quickly, thrives under pressure, and proactively acquires new skills. They should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and effective communication.

While no two days are the same, here’s what you can expect from this role:

Act as a bridge between technical expertise and sales ability.

Support the sales team on demos where needed, and to explain platform integrations and how they function given a prospective Customer’s needs.

Work with implementation teams to help understand the client requirements and how information will flow.

Support Clients through the process of configuring integrations where Client-side work is required.

Doing Integration Demos with Clients.

Work with integration partners to establish new integrations/support resources.

Understanding integration partner systems and defining requirements for integration development.

Weigh in/contribute to RFPs when needed.

Cross-functional team collaboration between sales, leadership, implementation, and integration development.

Maintain an understanding of existing Clients’ integrations.

Lead the build-out of requirements and Customer-facing documentation.

Training, mentorship, and management of integrations and reporting team members.

Work with the CIO/CTO/CISO to continuously improve the system and processes.

What we're looking for:

3+ years working in Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Integration Middleware.

Hands-on experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, or ADP is a huge plus.

Experience working in HR/ERP.

Strong understanding or deep level of what REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API all mean.

Ability to simplify complex concepts without getting bogged down in technical details, unless essential to the explanation.

Excellent overall communication skills with a personable demeanor.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and read between the lines.
