The IAM Manager is responsible for developing and implementing McCain’s identity and access management best practices, along with supporting the governance of access principles in order to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s information systems and data.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Active Directory (AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and IAM support teams under the direction of the Sr. Director Information Security. In addition to being accountable for IAM project implementation support, this role is also accountable for executing change, problem, and incident management processes for both major incidents (unplanned) and planned capacities.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide thought leadership across our Identity Management and Privileged Access space. Lead and participate in IAM project including product lifecycle management. Own IAM Lifecycle processes and solutions to meet business requirements. Accountable for support teams to mitigate, identify, solve, and resolve issues related to IAM, PAM, and AD. Accountable for the root cause analysis and remediation of IAM, PAM, and AD-related major incidents Manage IAM vendor relationships to ensure delivery of services with strong governance practices. Assist with the resolution of audit findings.

Knowledge Required :

A thought-leader in the identity space who can clearly express ideas, concepts, and architecture to all levels in the team and to stakeholders. In-depth conceptual knowledge and practical hands-on expertise in IAM Experience leading an enterprise wide IAM or PAM initiative.

Skills Required :

Minimum 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in IAM Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related domain Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management position Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills Ability to manage your own and your team’s time and priorities Ability to influence with your expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills Positive attitude, self-starter with strong analytical, and interpersonal skills to lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple goals Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Extensive experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and O365. Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, such as SSO, SAML, ADFS, LDAP, Kerberos Experience working with Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), & Identity Provider (idP)/Federation tools Experience Access management (AM): authentication + authorization, single sign-on (SSO), session management, and authorization enforcement for target applications in multiple use cases Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Implementation Experience Exposure across one or more of the following IAM technologies is a asset: SailPoint, CyberArk; BeyondTrust, Okta; Auth0
