Ce qu'on vous propose

Dans ce rôle, le candidat travaillera en tant qu'ingénieur en conception de systèmes, au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, dont la principale responsabilité est de participer au développement des systèmes médicals hautement innovants pour les chirurgiens orthopédiques, soutenir le déploiement sur le marché et maintenir les applications existantes
Nous cherchons un candidat ayant de l'expérience dans le développement de produits répondant à des normes de qualité et réglementaires strictes ainsi qu'une expérience dans ces différentes phases d'un projet : conceptualisation, développement, tests, mise en service et commercialisation.

Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Analyser les différents besoins (utilisateur, entreprise, réglementaire, etc.) et définir les spécifications du système, tout en tenant compte des exigences techniques et fonctionnelles;
  • Identifier, évaluer et analyser les risques liés au produit;
  • Participer à la vérification et à la validation du produit;
  • Participer aux tests d'utilisabilité avec les clients;
  • Gérer la traçabilité des exigences;
  • Rédiger les documents qualité liés à la conception et au développement du produit dans le respect des normes et procédures applicables pour assurer la qualité et la sécurité du produit;
  • Participer à la formation et au support client pour notre système;
  • Participer à la maintenance des produits existants;
  • Travailler dans un environnement Agile et Scrum;
  • Interagir avec différentes équipes pour explorer de nouvelles technologies afin d'obtenir une fiabilité et une qualité de produit supérieures aux normes, permettant à l'entreprise de maintenir sa position de leader dans l'industrie.

  • Expérience en tant que Product Owner, ou Scrum Master;

Ce qui vous fera remarquer

  • Baccalauréat en génie ou en sciences dans un domaine connexe (informatique, génie logiciel, biomédical ou équivalent).
  • 5 à 7 années d'expérience en développement de produits R&D, idéalement dans un domaine hautement réglementé (médical, aéronautique ou pharmaceutique).
  • Spécialiste de la vérification/validation de logiciels;
  • Expérience avec des équipes de développement Agile/Scrum et avec Confluence et Jira ;
  • Connaissance des réglementations de medical design regulations (e.x. 21 CFR 820, ISO13485, ISO14971, IEC62304, IEC62366, etc).


Déplacements

  • Jusqu'à 5%.

What You Can Expect

In this role, the candidate will work as a System Design Engineer, within a multidisciplinary team, whose main responsibility will be to participate in the development of highly innovative medical devices designed for orthopedic surgeons, as well as support the business deployment and maintenance of existing applications
We are looking for a candidate with experience in developing products that meet strict quality and regulatory standards throughout the different phases of a project: from conceptualization, development, testing, servicing and marketing.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Analyze the various needs (User, Business, and Regulator, etc) and define system specifications, while considering technical and functional requirements;
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate the risks related to the product;
  • Participate in the verification and validation of the product, including the defining and writing the related documentation;
  • Participate in the usability study with the customers;
  • Manage the requirement traceability;
  • Write the quality documents related to the design and development of the product with respect to the applicable Standards and Procedures to ensure the quality and security of the products;
  • Participate in training and customer support for our system;
  • Participate in maintenance of existing products;
  • Work under Agile and Scrum framework;
  • Interact with different teams to explore new technologies achieve above-standard product reliability and quality, allowing the company to maintain its leading position in the industry.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science in related field (computer science, software engineering, biomedical, or equivalent).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in R&D product development, ideally in a highly regulated field (medical, aeronautical or pharmaceutical).
  • Experience as Product Owner, or Scrum Master;
  • Experience as a software verification/validation specialist;
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development teams working with Confluence & Jira;
  • Knowledge of related medical design regulations is an asset (e.g. 21 CFR 820, ISO13485, ISO14971, IEC62304, IEC62366, etc).

  • Up to 5%.
  • A valid passport is required.
