We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development of a new clinic in Mount Forest, ON. This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills.

What you'll be responsible for:

Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Mount Forest & surrounding areas' number one choice for hearing care Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing Ordering suppliesAssisting clinicians with hearing product sales Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic

What we are looking for:

Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c salesAccess to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be requiredAn energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketingExperience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong assetExcellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partnersProficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
