What will you do?

Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. Report detailed portfolio data, deletions and orders Provide Administrative support at branch level with daily tasks Assist customers with applying for applicable rebates  Attend to all incoming branch calls and correspondence Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager

What do you bring?

A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience  Experience in an administration or coordination role, preferably in a customer service environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion  Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with Sage software would be considered an asset Excellent time management and organization skills  Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
