The Montréal Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a highly-motivated associate to join our Tax Practice Group, specifically in tax planning and mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. McCarthy Tétrault's tax group is currently undergoing significant expansion and would be a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate.

The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec or another Canadian Bar and have between 3-5 years of experience in tax.

The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French, both spoken and written.

McCarthy Tétrault is a national top-tier firm with numerous offices outside Quebec (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, New York and London). Our lawyers work with lawyers and professionals from all of our offices across Canada and internationally across all practice areas, where English is the predominant language.
